Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Bedrock Hermosa Beach Concrete handles the information you share with us through this website. We're a concrete contractor in Hermosa Beach, CA, and most of what we collect comes from homeowners asking about a driveway, patio, slab or other concrete job.
It covers the pages on this site, starting from our home page, and the estimate requests you send us through it. It doesn't cover other websites we link to, because their owners set their own rules.
What information we collect
When you fill out our estimate or contact form, we collect what you type in. That's usually your name, phone number, email, the address of the job and a description of the work, such as cracks, sinking or water pooling on a slab. If you send photos, we keep those with your request.
When you call or email us, we keep your number or email address and what you tell us about the job so we can follow up.
When you browse the site, basic technical details can be recorded automatically. These include your browser type, device, the pages you visit, how long you stay and the site that sent you here. We use this to see which pages people find useful, not to work out who you are.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser saves so a website can remember things between visits. This site may use them to keep pages working properly and to count visits through an analytics service.
Our contact form runs on a third-party form service, so the details you submit pass through that service on their way to us. That service and any analytics provider handle data under their own privacy policies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer your question, set up an estimate, plan and do the work, send invoices and keep records of the job. If you call about a problem with work we did, those records help us see what was poured and when.
We may also use general site traffic to improve the pages and fix things that don't work.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. We only share it when we need to get your job done, such as with a supplier or subcontractor working on your project, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to finish your work, stand behind it and meet tax and business record rules. When we no longer need something, we delete it or make sure it can't be tied back to you.
If you asked about a job and decided not to go ahead, you can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do what you ask unless we have to keep a record by law or to finish work you've hired us for.
If you live in California, state privacy law may give you more rights over your information, including the right to know what's collected and the right not to be treated differently for using those rights. We'll honor any request that applies to us.
To make a request, reach out the same way you'd ask about a job. We may need to confirm who you are before we hand over or change any records, so nobody else can get at your information.
Keeping your information safe
We limit who on our crew can see customer details and use reasonable care with the records we keep. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or passwords through the contact form.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for adults planning work on their home or property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. The newest version is always the one on this page, and using the site after an update means the updated policy applies.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about your information or want to make a request, call us at (424) 414-1585 or send a note through our contact page. We respond within 1 business day.
You can learn more about who we are and how we work on our About page.
